Junior Consent Forms
The safety and wellbeing of our Juniors in our care is paramount. The SafeGolf process is in place so that participants can thrive in a safe environment and have an enjoyable and positive experience when playing golf.
Prior to playing in a competition, county match or organised training by NLCGA all Juniors must complete the below document and return no later than the first day of activity:
Junior Player Profile and Parental Consent Form
If these document must be completed on the day before any activity or competition commences.
It only need to be completed once January-December 2026, however, any changes to personal details need to be forwarded to Harriet Allsebrook
